Connect Reploya to your tools
Reploya keeps your third party apps packaged and up to date in Intune. External access lets the rest of your stack follow along: the API answers your questions, webhooks push events to you.
API
Read your apps, live versions, rings, approvals and releases with an API key.
- You ask Reploya when you need to know
- Apps, live versions, rings, approvals, releases
- Read only keys, OpenAPI document
Webhooks
Post approvals, failures and completed releases to Teams, Slack or your own system, signed and retried.
- Reploya calls you when something happens
- Microsoft Teams, Slack or signed JSON
- Grouped per minute, retried, logged
External access in the dashboard
Both live under External access in the dashboard sidebar. Every member of your organization sees which API keys, Entra applications and webhooks exist. Only owners and admins can add, change or remove them.
- The API is read only. A key or an Entra application can read status, never approve, release or change anything. A leaked credential exposes status data but can never push software to devices.
- Webhooks are outbound only. Reploya posts to an address you choose. Nothing calls into Reploya, so a webhook opens no way in.
- Use both together. API answers and webhook messages share their field names, such as
app.idandversion, so a flow can take a webhook event and ask the API for the details.
